A short demonstration video of an interesting machine Cory and I found in a vacated home. If you don't get what is happening well- I'm not peddling the machine is doing all the work. I'm just trying to stay on. That was the beauty of exercise back in the day the Machine did the work for you and you just had to focus on avoiding bodily injury or death. This particular device has a feature that bucks you forward towards the handle bars. The handle bars and seat (both solid metal) act as a crushing device if you're not careful.
